Some accessories and products that I picked

Styling of the top underneath the body armour: ref. burned fabric.
I used Ben Nye Character Powders to create this appearance. This top used to be white colour:

Smudgy dramatic eyes

Joan of Arc reference

At a young age Joan of Arch (1412-1431) was a military leader, leading the French against the English in the 100 Years War.
When she was captured by the English, she was held as prisoner, however no body could find something that she had done that deserved death... Nothing wrong except that she had dressed as a man. In fact when Joan travelled she cut her hair short as a man too. They said it was enough to deserve death and announced her guilty. Joan was burned alive. She asked for a cross before she died..
She was only 19 years old when she died.

Scar practice (using Collodion):

I am thinking  to include cheek piercing imitation into my look. It's also called "Jaguar Whiskers", which creates a sense of wilderness:

Practicing the look:

scar

red eyes
I have altered the wig I had, check this out: ref. Girl with the Dragon Tattoo / Joan of Arch fringe

 Hair down VS Hair up

Tea break, Japanese Matcha anybody?

Practicing and playing with my Ben Nye Powders in Charcoal, Ash and Plains:
I'm planning to use these dust powders on model's body to give more character to the look and overall styling.

Face Chart - Look No.2

Bloody Mary Number 2 interpretation "Femme Fatale" - disarming beauty
This photograph to me is absolutely perfect interpretation of disarming beauty:
Model: Karlie Kloss by Alexi Lubomirski for Vogue Germany

My Second Look brain storm

Greek Goddess Aphrodite - Venus
Goddess of love and beauty, she is always associated with a mirror.

Her magnetizing look is hard to resist. You cannot help not to notice her lipstick is not perfect, as you used to seeing only perfect pout.
It is intriguing, destructing and strange for you.
Her cat's eyes are dramatic and killer.

Drop Dead But Gorgeous look:

Mysterious eyebrows are strangely captivating.

NOT so immaculate makeup

Imperfection is beauty...

My practice of applying Gold body paint by Kryolan.

I've learnt that for the best result it is best to apply the gold paint on oil free skin, as oil causes the paint to slip. This can also make uneven and patchy outcome. Overall, I found it quite tricky but it worked out in the end. I also found that for the best result more porous sponge (i.e. sea sponge) is appropriate.

I've practised finger waiving on several occasions on my doll at home. Here are some outcomes:

I cannot wait to have a go at finger waiving on my model. I think this will be much accurate.

I've prepared eyebrows prosthetics using F/X Gelatine. These referencing Poison Ivy from Batman and will complete the look of my Bloody Mary:

Drawing attention to females' issues

My first Design Research and Ideas

Both central characters from "Girl with the dragon tattoo" and "the 5th element" are thin framed yet strong characters.

Creative Immigrant Song (Tittle Sequence)
Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Karen O re-imagine Led Zeppelin's classic rock tune for David Fincher's "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo":

Lisbeth (Noomi Rapace) is pale skinned with raven colour hair, very short cropped fringe, bleached eyebrows, lots of piercings and tattoos. The look in her eyes is both gloomy and vulnerable, moreover, the nudity scenes and shots seems to undermine her toughness.

State of Emergency

Some stunning work by Stephen Meisel:

Victims - female vs male

 Versace Campaign 2013:

Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) "...everything you create, you use to destroy"

"Me fifth element - supreme being. Me protect you."

I love Leeloo, she is perfect and sweet warrior. An outfit of gold pants, a white cropped top and orange braces was designed by John Paul Gaultier. She is more dangerous warrior than she was at the begining wearing just white "bandages".

Similarly, for my first look of Bloody Mary interpretation I would like to create a character, mysterious female, with the variety of gifts and, in essence, someone you would not want to mess up with

My First Look Story Board:

IRON LADY idea - Georgia May Jagger by Photographer Terry Richardson for US Harper's Bazaar (Sept 2011):
She play here former prime minister Margaret Thatcher:
Love this knight's body armor - Iron Maiden- idea:

My Second Design Research and Ideas:

Stephen Meisel:

If to compare Greek Goddess Aphrodite of love and beauty (Venus - Roman equivalent) to Mary they share similar traits and physical beauty.
Mary is a strong female, she has to always prove her worth.. She doesn't let the past accident (before her horrific death) from fulfilling her duty of being drop dead but gorgeous. Her love is self love (narcissistic), she cannot see the world around her.
Nevertheless, Mary is admirable; she is perfect representation of all of us from the inside, and not the way we seem to the rest of the world

Beautiful Beyonce (by one of my favorite photographer Alexi Lubomirski for UK Harper Bazaar Sept'11), as always amazing. Her almond shape eyes are phenomenal, make-up is stunning, it is showing off her deeply defined black eyeliner. Strong eye brows and nude shade lips looks great on her skin tone.
Her look is beautiful and powerful and seductive, just what I need for my inspiration (2nd look femme fatale):

Miranda Kerr by Terry Richardson (2012)

Dior Perfume campaign:

Hot Adriana Lima VS Doutzen Kroes, by Mario Testino for V Magazine, V76 The Sports Issue - Spring 2012
